Beware of listing agent, THE MOST DISHONEST PERSON IN NYC, not to mention unprofessional, unprepared, unethical. Apartment has a defect in design, tiny LR , cannot fit any adequate furniture. NO ONE WILL BUY UNLESS SUBSTANTIALLY DISCOUNTED....OR new buyer will be stocked with A BIG PROBLEM!!!!!

The "Living/Dining/Kitchen" space in the plans is essentially a large eat-in-kitchen.

Poor design for sure. 1 bedroom can not afford a large kitchen island in the middle in addition to wasted space at the entry.

Most of the apartments in this building are similarly poorly designed.
