Richmond Condominium

Building is wonderfully built. High ceilings, nice lobby, great views from picture windows. Doorman concierge overstaffed and helpful. Only drawback is building management is hostile in general. They go out of their way to inconvenience the residents. Just one example, there is a serious water and plumbing problem throughout the building. Once a month or so the water is shut down for a day and then runs grey brown for a few days after. Management of the building pretends this is not happening or makes excuses but it's a steady part of life at the Richmond. If you ask about it then unpleasantness will occur as if its a tenement building. So its 90 pcnt a wonderful place to live and 10 pcnt a housing project.
