This is a horrible living environment with a horrible landlord. I have lived here for the past year and would not want anyone to go through what I have been through. The landlord is unresponsive, rude and unreliable. There were major heating issues that were unaddressed. Also had major problems with leaking pipes that cause the floors to bulge and burst open. The landlord kept delaying fixes and was unresponsive for several months. In the end, he ended up keeping my security deposit, although I left the apartment in better condition than when i rented it. This is big scan. Avoid it if you can.
