Streeteasy does not most of the rental listings!!

I have always found the StreetEasy search a bit lacking in terms of parameters. Perhaps this will be an opportunity for a new market entry.

The problem with broker's websites is that they do not like to provide transparency. For example, CitiHabitats does not say whether it is their listing or not. That is why I do not have high hopes on brokers.

Just to be clear, I wasn't talking about a broker doing it. I meant someone like SE was 10 years ago.

Agreed on the lack of parameters @30yrs_RE_20_in_REO. The search criteria are surprisingly limited. More than half the rental listings are gone. Leasebreak and a couple of other players are making a push but the glaring issue remains - no central source.
