I have lived in Cobble Hill for 25+ years. When I sold my brownstone on Degraw Street, I was delighted to rent a small apartment in the home of a dear neighbor. After 3 years, my landlord's daughter told me that she would not renew my lease, because she needed to move her ailing father into my apartment, which was wheelchair accessible.
