Only one dryer works in a building of 12+ units. The ceiling in our unit (3A) has been leaking for over two years and has still not been fixed, although the landlord will probably try to say it is. I know they plan on painting over the damage on the ceiling. Our door broke earlier this year (wasn't able to fully close or lock) and it took over two weeks to get a new one. Another tenant in the building had a leak in their apartment which took weeks to be fixed. The unit has a lot of potential but I would recommend against renting from this landlord unless it is at a significant discount. We are currently paying $2400 due to all the problems which is still a ripoff. [less]
