Management are simultaneously disorganized and unresponsive to tenant questions and requests, while being incredibly aggressive in their own communications. For example, most of my service requests have gone unanswered for weeks, and my request to discuss my lease renewal took 5 emails and 3 phone calls with 3 different property managers. However, while I was waiting for a call back about my renewal, two different people from the company emailed me threatening legal action. Unbelievable gall.

Management a combination of very aggressive, unresponsive and disrespectful in lease renewal discussions. If planning on staying longer than 1 year know management will hike rates up substantially above what is market that they are offering new tenants.
Construction continuous and accommodations not made for benefit of existing tenants either.
In elevators, complaints prominent among existing tenants in how management treats them.

I count 29 of 200 units listed now yet the asks are still pretty high for a building of converted studios. This building may be one of those to watch as market indicator.

I wonder if The Noose were still located directly across the street if people would be protesting.
