I would appreciate any recommendations for a general contractor who can renovate a one bedroom apartment in Manhattan (bathroom, kitchen, sand the floors, replace the molding). Thank you.

Matchless Construction, Pete Jukoff, owner, 917+319+4691. Used him for 3 different apartments. Very honest, reliable, and easy to deal with. Very good quality work.
