Discussion about 73 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill
Whats funny is that I offered this landlord $2350 for the basement unit (before it was even finished and it was clear they hadn't even figured out trash disposal for the building) more than a year ago and they said no pay $2500. Fast forward 15 months later and they STILL haven't rented it for $2000. When will they learn : )??!!
