Discussion about 698 West End Avenue in Upper West Side
Just wondering if anyone has any reviews or opinions about the building? I'm considering renting an apartment here. Thank you.

Do not waste your money on this building. WAY over priced. Management is HORRIBLE. The gas was shut off in the building in May (2017). A,B,C,D lines have gas back, but E and F are going on 9 months without gas. There has also been no laundry room for 9 months. Supposedly E is getting electric oven, but it has taken these people 9 months to even get started on that, and still no time estimate as when there will be functioning ovens and laundry room.
