Prices look pretty reasonable given proximity to subways, Time Warner and Lincoln center.

It doesn't have the things you usually point out as being the earmarks of new construction: big windows, high ceilings,etc. It was built in 1991 but the unit's feel kind of 1960s but with updated kitchens.

Agree but even using that standard the prices are very good.
