Discussion about
I am considering buying a coop in West New York in NJ and at the contract stage. However, a few lawyers i spoke to in NJ say that unlike NY, they don't look at building finances and board minutes. Are all NJ RE attorneys are like this or are there those who will review board minutes and finances within a flat fee?

How many have you spoken with? What did your buyers agent tell you?
