1 Dutch St = Mess

Horrible experience with this building and management. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Impossible to even register a complaint never mind having an issue solved. Heat is either is on uncomfortable overdrive or it doesn't work in the winter. Constant problems with water and elevators. Construction is never ending and John St and Dutch St are incredibly noisy. Despite loud and frequent garbage truck stops during the night and early morning, the trash still piles up high on the narrow streets. But don't walk to close to the trash as the rats love to dart in and out. Building right next door is used as a large undergrad dorm for Pace, so expect lots of pot smells in the adjacent alleyway along with the shouts of drunk students at 2 AM. Counting the days until my lease is up.

Don’t be fooled by the interior! This place is a total disaster. I promise you will try and get out of the building the second you get in. BEWARE!!!!!
