Discussion about 310 West 52nd Street #10D

BEWARE OF THIS RE AGENT, THE MOST DISHONEST , SO DONOT TRUST HER, AS HIS UNIT HAS MANY ISSUES E PROBLEMS. After one rents she simply ignores all and never responds, only finding excuses. Furniture is of terrible condition, mattress has insects which will bite resident as well as mosquitoes in the Bath coming from holes never repaired. Furniture is all worn out, it looks like trash!!!! She will collect a deposit and always will keep some -someone totally dishonest and with no character,........

What about the landlord i.e. unit owner? It's ultimately the LL's responsibility to fix these issues and if the agent won't take care of it the owner needs to find someone else to do so. I hope you didn't pay all your rent up front.
