Discussion about The Mayfair at 145 4th Avenue in East Village
Not the most competent or helpful management building. They are really lean/understaffed. When looking for a rental, make sure to jam them on the price. They will definitely move. Lots of vacancies in the building at all times.

Yea after living here for one year I decided to move out. These guys suck.

They will hold on to your security deposit for months after you move out.

BLDG = worst company of all time.
