not from unit and not accurate at all . there is no fireplace , its not on the 2nd floor its a 4 flight walk up .incredibly small and over priced I would not recommend working with JEFF SILBERMAN he was the one who put the false ad on (Not sure if its his actual name ) and his partner "Don" (they could be the same person ) in general never had a good experience with Bond real estate most of their listings are bait and waist of time Good Luck folks This is a classic bait and switch with some new twists the photo is
