AVOID this building. Shoddy renovations. Ineffective management severely lacking in communication skills. Lack of building and individual apartment security. Heavy pot smoke coming through flooring despite no smoking rule. Frequent water problems in some units. Late night/middle of the night noise from street and adjacent buildings.
