It's not a duplex, one bedroom has a lofted storage space. It's not a 3 br, it's a big studio cut up into two small br's and an office with a cut-out "window" at the top of the wall. You could barely fit a King James bible, let alone a king sized bed. There's embellishing and then there's lying. You and your company are full of it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
