Post-renovation cleaning recommendation?

Just use a team of 2 for cleaning and a good vacuum cleaner. It is mostly vacuuming really well including on top of the kitchen cabinets. Your contractor should clean paint splashes, grout etc and heavy construction dust/debris on the floors which needs industrial vacuum cleaner. You will need a window washer as well.

A HEPA vacuum is imperative. Some contractors have these and will go over the space after the job is complete as part of their own clean-up process.

Call a few cleaning services and be sure to ask them about post construction cleaning. Most large cleaning services can do this type of job. You will also need the windows cleaned by a professional as well. Big Apple Window Cleaning is a company that I would recommend. I used them after a complete gut job and was very pleased with the results.
