Discussion about 235 South 4th Street in Williamsburg
The building is newly renovated but was obviously rushed. There are holes in the walls, our showerhead was not attached to the wall, the locks don't work and on top of all this the washer & dryer that they advertise for the building don't work. The building is a fully electric no gas building and they installed machines that only work with gas so the washer & dryer don't even get hot. Also there are a lot of bugs and other critters in the building. It's a shame because this would be a nice building if anything worked correctly.
