ENDLESS construction/Noise!

I moved into this building in February of last year only to find out that not only was there a severe bed bug infestation (I was never informed the true severity when I signed my lease. Akelius has since erradictaed this.. hopefully), but there is also endless construction/rennovation/demolition of neighboring apartments going on. The noise is enought to drive one insane. Apartments here are not properly insultaed therefore noise is very easily heard. Often I hear my neighbors belching or coughing.. no joke! For $2800 a month it's absolutely ridiculous. I am desperately trying to get out of my lease. Potential renter BEWARE of this property!
