And it sold 4 years ago for 550K (unrenovated).
The open views from the deck look very nice. The photographer knew when to take the pictures.

Were I in the mood for a little glam pied-a-terre, I might think about it. Appreciate that there's a dishwasher, for cleaning up plates and cutlery, but wonder how I'm storing my takeout leftovers and reheating them, as I can't find a stove or fridge.

Aaron, there's a refrigerator marked on the floorplan, so it's presumably a bar-sized (dorm-sized) appliance stored under the counter and behind cabinet panelling, but it's tough to verify that since the one kitchen photo doesn't show the sink and window in the places they're drawn on the floorplan.

Must be a stove somewhere, no? If not, would that violate the warranty of habitability or some other part of the Multiple Dwelling Law for a Class A apartment?

They lost me at 'full-size bed'. Way too small for average couple. If that built-in cove can't fit a King or Cal King fuggedaboudit.

f_p: Oops, yes, you're right -- probably an undercounter unit (which I'm not opposed to for a pied-a-terre). But I still want something to fry up an egg once in a while.

There are 2 large-ish lower cabinets in the kitchen on the right hand side of the kitchen photo (with handles as opposed to the knobs on all the other cabinets). Is one a refrigerator and one a dish washer?

Is there a murphy cooktop somewhere? The listing mentions "burners".

Sold 4 years ago not just unrenovated but it appears from old listing that there were roof rights only. If so, quite a bit of value added by owner.

I don't disagree with that but at some point it's like putting lipstick on a pig.

I like the place a lot but only as a pied a terre. My problem is solely the sticker shock. It will sell quickly IMO but can't say at what price.
hey, it also includes a "rediator"!
