Discussion about 401 West 45th Street #PHE
I viewed this apartment a few weeks ago and was disappointed to find that the patio pictured in this listing is not the same patio in this unit. The real patio gets much less light and does not have the same view.

Looks like they just took the photos from PHD and posted them as PHE, flipping some of the photos and the floorplan.

if you look back at old listings it seems that is the picture for PHD. Rental listing from 2016 for PHE is probably what you saw.
