Window replacement cost ballpark

What would a reasonable price be for window replacement in a 1-br post-war highrise building? Say a rough total of 15 linear ft of aluminum/bronze windows plus a balcony door, one opening each in the living and bedroom. I got quoted almost 15k all-in with installation, which I thought was very high. I was expecting mid-high thousands - was that unrealistic? Thanks for any advice!

Get a quote from Adler windows, their price was much better for me than that of Skyline. They also did brick to brick replacement which made the windows larger. Skyline's proposal was for in frame only.
