It is rumored that Neil Patrick Harris moved into the neighborhood. So many restaurants and cool places to see in this area. It is also close to the park and walkable to museums along 5th Avenue which outlines Central Park on 5th Avenue.

It's not a rumor. He bought a townhouse on 5th Ave in the 120's. There were at least a couple of interviews (print and video) showcasing the house and renovations they did. I did hear that his first choice location was Astor Row on 130th St, which is a very special block, but there was nothing up for sale during the time of his search. He is not the only celebrity to own in Harlem right now, but certainly is a higher profile resident of the neighborhood.
