This listing is incredibly misleading. I am writing this discussion to prevent anyone else from wasting their time seeing this apartment unless they truly know what it is. This apartment is a studio. One big room, a kitchen (in the hallway) and a bathroom. It could be converted into a one bedroom with a living room or a two bedroom with no living room (if you really wanted to do that), but it is NOT a 3-room, 2 bed apartment.

It is also located in the heart of the UES!!!
