Signed a Lease, Not Allowed to Move In

Have you rented in 19 Dutch over the last few weeks? Good luck moving in. I was told today they do not have a certificate of occupancy and no one can move in til they do. Estimated time to get it? No one knows.

Sounds like grounds to break your lease and move on.

Did they ever get the certificate of occupancy and begin moving people in?

It's months since original post. Any idea what's up with this Dutch? Hate to plan to move in no later than January for nothing.

Any updates? Hard to believe landlord can sign lease knowing you can't move in.
