Discussion about 234 East 95th Street in Yorkville
Beware. There is extreme noise from the upstairs with loud banging and shouting until 2-3 am everyday. You will not be able to sleep day or night weekday or weekend . Inspite of multiple discussions and polite requests with everyone nothing has changed. I have told the supervisor several times and he has been helpless too. The bathroom pipe leaks dirty water from the upstairs bath and is very unhygienic. Please be careful be before you rent this place.
