Desirable Building?

Discussion about 173-175 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
Is this a desirable building and a sound investment? The location and the view from the large, 14th floor apartment currently listed seem great. The apartment is spacious and seemingly attractively priced. Any insight into the building, including the board, would be appreciated

It's a very nice building near a very nice tract of Riverside Park. The main drawback for the large family sized apt is IMHO the school zone being suboptimal. However, if you go private it's less relevant.
