Construction on building set to run through the 2019- replacing balconies making them UNUSABLE for certain unit lines. There is also an asbestos removal going on. Renter beware, if you are looking for a new apartment, the current lease management is jacking rents sky high as older tenants are pushed out.
Major construction still ongoing, all balconies are NOT usable. Additionally, asbestos removal still ongoing. The construction is VERY loud at all hours and they are spraying a sealant over the work which makes each apartment smell very bad.
For a building boasting this rent, with no amenities other than doorman and laundry in the building, I would look elsewhere... so many new buildings in the area going up...
Any update on this situation? I read about the rent strike.
