Discussion about Bleecker Court at 77 Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village
9 in contract sales as of early August. Anyone have insight into this board's process? Timing, interview, etc?

It takes a very, very long time.

As of January 2021, there is a new board at 77 Bleecker Street with new policies and protocols. It embraces both flexibility and timeliness.

Hi -- as noted elsewhere, as of 2021 there is a new board at 77 Bleecker, and it is dedicated to NOT taking a long time. (Many of the building's policies and procedures are changing to give shareholders more flexibility.)
