Discussion about 58 East 1st Street in East Village
Just moved in here less than 2 months ago and found out the hard way this building has rats. Future apartment hunters beware!

Hi,
I am about to sign a lease here. Is this issue just in your unit or is it prevalent in the building? Any feedback you have would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve lived in the building for years. No issues. Excellent building. Friendly management. You won’t regret living here.

Current tenant here, this is the second time I'm having issues with rats IN THE APARTMENT UNIT! Future tenants beware, this building is not worth living in. Things are broken all the time all the time too.
