Please be advised (coming from a long-term, multi-year tenant): Magnum Realty / Elizabeth Street Associates & Management doesn't protect you. Locks don't work at front of building, packages stolen all the time (half the tenants surveyed had similar experiences), multiple break-ins and robberies (summer 2018), rats downstairs/in building, etc. All of this is verifiable with FOIA, request from management, 311, and police records. I just want future tenants to be aware of what they might be walking into (also please look up the building owner's mentioned reviews on google).
