“New” management is a train wreck. Don’t answer emails, never around, getting mail and packages is a gamble at best. Tons of douche bags with loud music 24/7. You will never sleep if you move here

In going on 40 years in Real Estate I don't think I have ever seen a building with that high a turnover rate.
