Some warnings about this listing: I am friends with the person who rented from this landlord. The apartment had bedbugs for the last 3 months she was there, forcing her to move somewhere else. It's not clear that this issue was resolved by the time she moved out in August because the last night she slept there she was bitten. Also, the landlord is aggressively resisting refunding her deposit by claiming false damages. I helped her move out. I saw the condition of the place. He's lying in an attempt to run away with her deposit and has provided no documentation to back him up. This landlord will be very nice when everything is fine. But get ready to quarrel every time you need him to fulfill basic services.
