Regency Towers - No Air Conditioning

Regency Towers 245 East 63rd Street has been without properly functioning A/C for the last two months, and nothing at all for the last two weeks - I'm writing this on October 2nd, however we have had 70 - 80 degree days for the last week and next week should be the same. Management is telling the residents to purchase portable AC units if they want AC. If you don't want to live in a sweltering environment for premium rents, avoid this place.
