Per his lease, the landlord will fine you for not wiping your feet, he will fine you for leaving potatoes not in the refrigerator, you will be liable for the actions of other tenants if they cause damages. He wants to have direct access to your bank account to debit payment.
The last broker took my "good faith deposit" to take this apartment off the market and then continued to list it online because the landlord told her to. Scumbag.
Unreasonable landlord with over 60 clauses in his lease but won't even clarify what utilities are included if you ask.
Don't waste your time with this complete nut. It is obvious that he will take your months' rent and TWO months' security and then try to evict you 3 months later for leaving bananas out on the countertop. And then he will just redo the process with some other sucker.
