Lobby is a nitemare

Discussion about 303 East 83rd at 303 East 83rd Street in Yorkville
Lobby has been under renovation since Jan.18 and still is no where near completion. Perhaps that's because they have a crew of 1 working once every other week.

That's the unfortunate outcome when a building goes with the low bidder.

Has there been a lot of changes? That could also be a reason but that does seem like a very very long time for a lobby renovation
