Discussion about 303 East 83rd at 303 East 83rd Street in Yorkville

The lobby has been in a state of disrepair for almost a year!! What's more depressing than coming home to a rundown unfinished lobby? I rented in this building on the premise that it would be completed in Sept. Sept then became November and it's in the same horrendous condition as when I moved in.

Take advantage of the many concessions offered to attract new renters in other buildings and leave as soon as your lease is up. Tell the LL you are leaving for that reason.
