Toxic Black Mold Discovered In Basement

Discussion about 19 West 82nd Street in Upper West Side
We rented this property in March 2018 and moved out in August 2018 after the discovery of toxic black mold in the basement. We had lab reports undertaken by a NY State Licensed Mold Abatement company and will happily share them with any prospective renters..
