A renter at 1 East 35th Street, NY NY 10016 would like to contact the building owner. I want the name of the owner. I have the contact details for Wavecrest Management but want the name of owner. Thank you.

Go on PropertyShark and you should be able to find it.

My guess is Rose doesn't have a lease with the owner.
