the owner renovated the apartments so that the heating unit is electric (hence, they save on gas and don't have to provide the heat) However, the unit has never worked. This unit is also an A/C unit. When we moved in (around 100 degrees), the A/C wasn't working. Now, it's February and we have no heat because they still haven't fixed it. We called and e mailed but to no avail. There is no hot water in the second bathroom. Truly a nightmare. Lucky, the manager never returned my calls. His assistant, Genkianna keeps saying they are looking into it and that it has to be approved by the owner, Robert Lemle. It's been nearly 6 months we moved in. Think twice before you rent.
