Right on the park!! What can be better? Of course, Stevie Cohen does not care as it is a small part of his earnings and net worth.

Hardly on the park, though my larger complaint is about the traffic mess that is all the bridge-bound traffic on 58th & 59th St - because both streets are eastbound, you're always going out of your way to head uptown or to the west side - unfortunate in a building with a driveway that spans a full block.

It's something I've always thought regarding mega luxury apartments with outrageous asking prices. Do the seller's literally just sit around and make up a price?

I only meant “right on the park” as a joke. It is a crappy walk to the park.

It has been extremely difficult to sell apartments on 57th Street since... forever. The Osborne is a gorgeous building with huge apartments but they used to go for peanuts. I keep waiting for the day when people wake up and look at "Billionaire's

I've always liked 57th Street. I guess I have fond memories of going to Scandinavian ski shop to buy skateboards as a kid :)
Still $5k per sq ft!!
Location, location, location!
