By now one would think they would be accomplished on managing properties throughout the city. Turn over is at a high at 56 7th Ave. Tenants sign leases only to find the increases upon renewals are exorbitant and above market value. Certainly for this property. Security has been breached due to scaffolding in place for for almost 2 years. There is still rodent and roach infestation. We have looked at this property on and off over the years thinking there must be an improvement for the rents being charged. We ask the residents for a referral with nothing positive from them. When will this building clean its facade and take its luxury positioning seriously?

Prices here jumped few years ago but quality in my opinion didn't match.
Go to Courtney House on 6th, better value and size & Actually quieter too.
1 Chris is also a good option.
450 Sixth is a good one.
These are buildings people wait for, not this 56Seventh.
