All rental tenants are currently banned from using the gym (fitness center) and lounge in both Coliseum buildings. Prospective rental tenants should be aware of this policy.

can't comment without knowing more.

1) is the gym too small to accommodate the whole builindg?
2) are the renters renting from owners or are these prior to the conversion

some buildings charged a gym fee to renters. a possible lost income opportunity

If I were an owner who's maintenance is going towards the operation of these amenities and who rented my unit based on these amenities I would be pissed off.

I wonder why so many rentals in a coop. Guessing as a coop they can easily get away with this policy as they do not have to approve renter.
