Seems like this may be a mistake - over 2k a month for a STUDIO is way overpriced for Riverdale. Probably meant to be $1250. That would be more in-line.

I doubt that's the case. Since SE if charging for listings 137 days would be a long time to be paying and not correcting the listing price (Hell, at this point the agent isn't making much even if they rent the place having burnt over $600 on SE).
