Discussion about 969 Park Avenue #2A
Is this apartment going to sell for sub 2m? Is the prime upper east side so undesirable that they have to give these low floor units away? The 50% down and pomposity of these boards are really restricting sales and depressing values in the area

It's a peculiar layout in a building full of peculiar layouts.

Peculiar is right: take a look at 10A (currently in contract). The kitchen/bath/BR layout is truly unique. (in all fairness, they do call it 'bedroom/office').
