**No hot water for 5 weeks**
Dear Residents,

Fetner’s building upgrade program is progressing to the next phase. Starting July 22, 2019, we will be making changes to the building’s mechanical systems. This will result in the building hot water being shut off each week day (Monday to Friday only) for approximately 5 weeks. Hot water will not be available after the hours of 9:30 am until sometime between 5:30 pm to 6 pm. Weekends are not affected.
