Building does not currently have an occupancy agreement in place with the department of buildings. Any current move-ins are dependent on this paperwork being in place (e.g., no one can currently move in). Proceed with caution.

Building management (Kamson) is one of the most imcompetant companies I have come across. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. Almost nothing has been done correctly the first time. The apartments were not wired for internet, the gas lines weren't drained of water (e.g., did not work), the occupancy agreement took 5 extra weeks to get, and now it turns out that the building did not get approved by the USPS to receive mail. Worse, the building decided not to communicate this fact to residents. As a result, all tenant mail has been returned to sender for the last 2+ months. Building is beautiful, but Kamson management is one of the worst run companies in New York.
