Discussion about 975 Park Avenue #5D
Any thoughts.
George,
I'm talking about Coops. Yes they are very rare in 50% buildings, but my comment was about buildings which have floor prices.

Nothing in/on Staten Island?
We did a couple of deals on Staten Island but really wasn't worth the trouble. And finding an agent with half a brain to work for us was next to impossible (especially when the commissions involved were like working for minimum wage).
30yrs, many houses on staten island sells for around or above half million, 3% of that is 15 grand, why you think it's too low?
The market is doing so great, yet this is still so unsold.
